For some reason when I use these pads I feel as if my legs are thinner, i.e., water retention, etc. I sleep soundly and they’re easy to apply. However, I wish they would supply extra adhesive pads because sometimes I’ve destroyed a pad because they accidentally get stuck together and are hard to pull apart.

They really help me sleep well. Easy to use Just have a damp cloth ready when you remove them and wipe your foot. It¡¯s not a hassle or anything you can just feel a residue as one would expect. I like it!
