These metatarsal pads seemed to help with a temporary foot injury I had. It’s really important to watch YouTube or other videos to learn how to properly place the pad for the best relief. The adhesive is sticky enough to stick directly to your feet, but I recommend using a self-cohesive bandage to keep it securely in place.

As to whether or not they help your foot pain issues - that depends on your issue. These do their job perfectly - if they are properly matched to your symptoms, I can't imagine anything working better. I plan to use these for a few months and if I get the final results I am seeking, I will look to a podiatrist for a more permanent solution.
