For some reason when I use these pads I feel as if my legs are thinner, i.e., water retention, etc. I sleep soundly and they’re easy to apply. However, I wish they would supply extra adhesive pads because sometimes I’ve destroyed a pad because they accidentally get stuck together and are hard to pull apart.
After using for about a week I started seeing toxins changing colors from blackest black to dark brown. This is my second order. I volunteer as part of a kitchen crew for a kid’s summer camp every July so I took these with me because I knew my feet and legs would be tired from standing all day. I passed them out to other crew members. We all woke up the next morning feeling refreshed with no leg fatigue. The only thing I would say is to wear socks to bed because they do get sticky. Also, take them off in the shower because when wet, they come off in one piece. If I took them off prior to showering, pieces of adhesive would occasionally remain on my foot. Other than that, I do not regret buying them and intend to keep them stocked.
